How it works

An ancient technique, thoughtfully applied

Cupping combines traditional methods with modern technique. Suction cups are placed on targeted areas of the body to encourage blood flow, decrease muscle tension and help you relax.

At Caldera Wellness, cupping is paired with a focused massage that promotes muscle healing, a combination many clients book alongside acupuncture or massage.
